No transmission with IC-7200

I am trying to get my Icom 7200 to transmit in WSPR mode. No (beginners) luck....
The software refuses to key the tramsmitter and is just beeping.

I tried various input and output settings and now use the setting I use in Ham Radio de Luxe, which does key the transmitter. The PTT is set to the COM port assigned to the transceiver.

Any ideas? tnx .... Paul
