I'm new here and started with WSPR yesterday. I'm only receiving at the moment and thought it would be good to try Spectran alongside WSPR to see a real-time signal display. Depending on what settings I use for Spectran I get some false noisy spectral lines in the displays for both WSPR and Spectran. These caused false decodes, and my system uploaded a few of them before I noticed the problem, e.g. PD4GNG and WN4/OM7RGO, both on 28MHz this evening after dark.
Does anyone know what is causing this?
