Strong signals decode with 100 hz difference?2 times, how its possible??

Hello dear wspr-ers,

I have a question:
I was on 20meters in wspr,my radio friend also,he is living only about 3km away from me.(maximal).
Look this log:
2010-04-12 19:22 PA3HFJ 14.097041 -24 0 JO11tl 5 PA3GEO JO11tl 0 0
2010-04-12 19:22 PA3HFJ 14.097141 +1 1 JO11tl 5 PA3GEO JO11tl 0 0
2010-04-12 19:20 PA3HFJ 14.097140 +2 1 JO11tl 5 PA3GEO JO11tl 0 0
2010-04-12 19:20 PA3HFJ 14.097040 -24 0 JO11tl 5 PA3GEO JO11tl 0 0

How is it possible that I see 2x same time and 100 hz difference in frequency??
We tryed also the other way and he have the same problem...
Is the signal too hard?? the snr is strange -db.....and plus db...the +db is the signal..whats that other 100hz below??

Please help me to give me a answer on this?
