Upload problem

Just fired up WSPR after not using it for a couple months and the program is unable to upload spots. This has never been a problem in the past. Using WSPR version 2.0_r1714. Get an "... attempted access to WSPRnet timed out." All other programs - browsers, e mail and ftp have no problem connecting to the internet.

Ideas?
