Problems using WSPR 2.10 with an Icom IC-756PROII

I got a problem using WSPR 2.10 with my Icom IC 756 Pro II.
With version WSPR 2.0_r1714 I never had any problems when using the Icom.
When starting WSPR 2.10 the WSPR box opens with the following info:
WSPR Version 2.10_r2198, by K1JT
Run date: Thu Oct 07 01:50:59 2010 UTC
Skipping bad entry in WSPR.INI: Rig 347 Icom############IC-756PROII#############0.
When I want to change the band, it does not work, but I get the following info in the box:
rig: dlsym(initrigs2_dummy) failed (symbol not found)
rig: lt_dlopen("hamlib-dummy") failed ((null))
Unknown rig num 0, or initialization error.
Please check with --list option.
Error attempting to set rig frequency.
rigctl -m -r COM5 -s 9600 -C data_bits=8 -C stop_bits=1 -C serial_handshake=None F 7038600

When looking to the Station parameters I see the following entry in Rig number:
"214 Kenwood TS-2000", though I have selected and saved: "347 Icom IC-756PROII".
Switching to the desired band now works, the settings are saved, WSPR will be shut down. After restarting there is the same problem again - rig on "214 Kenwood TS-2000".
I need some help. Thanks.
