Very new user here, installed WSPR 2.0 and trying to upload spots. I must be missing something. I tried to force upload using the link you sent to another user, but there is no ALL_MEPT.TXT on my computer. I did a serach on the whole drive, but no results. Is it possible the program install didn't creat the file?
