To the owner of the "caterpillar" signal on 30m, you need to have a listen to your signal. Around every 4 seconds or so it audibly drops in frequency for around half a second than goes back to normal. It isn't decoding (not for me, at least) and looks rather like a hairy caterpillar on WSPR - see http://www.g3zod.btinternet.co.uk/wspr/caterpillar.png
