Reports between JE5FLM and W7WKR seem peculiar

The reported receptions by JE5FLM of W7WKR and W7WKR of JE5FLM seem peculiar.

For SNR's so close in value (-16 and -18 dB) and TX power levels different by 64dB seems very suspicious. Assuming fairly similar path losses in the reported 8-minute time-window between our two stations, I'd expect the reported SNR for W7WKR at JE5FLM to be off-the-scale "+XdB".
