WSPR map suggestion for consideration.

The WSPR map seems to use colour on links between stations in a pretty random way and does not distinguish between stations which have been heard or which are hearing our transmissions. How about adopting a convention in which lets say for example green is used to indicate that the station is hearing another, while some other colour is used to indicate that the station is hearing and being heard, and also a different one to show that it us only being heard by another.

That seems to me to give the user more useful 'at a glance' information, which I suppose is what the WSPR map is for.

Thanks for considering this idea. There may be some fundamental reason why it hasn't been done, but from my 'newbie' perspective, the map could give us more, if colour was used to convey that detailed information.

Thanks to all who developed the system and keep it running. I think it is just about the most exciting development in Ham Radio in decades.

Cheers
