Odd wspr-qso-mode decodes on 70.030 Mhz who from ??

Any idea what ive decoded ???

While running a wspr beacon on 70,030.000 carrier frequency, with
g4wgt, this evening, I started to decode what looked like wspr-qso
mode traffic .. one with 17 sync pulses must be 100% decode , but
TV6XVL what call is that from ??

081213 2208 17 -11 0.0 10.140215 73 DE TV6XVL NA98 -4

D4HAC was listed on the decoded call list as was just the number '3'
at one point
OZ5HAF ? nothing in qrz or even google ?
If NA98 and IA96 are qra locators then things are starting to get
silly ...
After the screen shot , the 'odd' decodes stopped, wspr ran till round 2400 with just g4wgt decodes ....

wspr set to 30 mtrs (can not enter 70 mhz ?) drift is transverter 4 > 2 mtr , rx ft897-d , 2 ely quad vert pol , 150 deg from io83lk
