Who is VK?FRG?

This station "VKFRG" decoded my wspr-signal on 30m and I would like to know: Who is vk?frg?
The number is missing!
The only station I found on qrz.com and which matchs with VK?FRG is VK2FRG.
Pse correct your callsign, dr OM.
