QSO mode receiving in WSPR1.1 ?

QSO mode receiving in WSPR1.1 ?

Am i wrong or wspr seems to be able decoding wspr qso mode transmissions while receiving
"normal" transmissions ?
received recently on 40m and 30m bands :
