I'm having trouble getting WSPR to change bands (even in the software too). It will TX and RX OK, but won't otherwise talk to my IC-7000 under windows 7. All was good running XP, but just haven't had much success with Win 7. Also, I don't seem able to get RX audio levels right, no matter what I do.
