Recently I am not able to access the WSPR program on my desktop. It was working well for past few months in the same computer. Today I tried to access it and got the following message . "FORTRAN run time error: access denied" How can I rectify the same?. I reinstalled the program again . But same problem persists. I wish to state that I haven't made any changes to the OS (Windows vista)or the computer. Thanks in advance for your time.
