WSPR Transmit database

I see many signals (particularly on 10 meters) with so much drift that they can't be decoded. There is currently no way to identify these signals (is there?). If the next version of WSPR were to log transmissions just like spots and they were added to a new transmissions database on WSPR Spots it would provide a means to possibly identify the origin of those drifting signals and notify the operator they have a problem.
