How does one get "on the map?"

Obviously, I am new to WSPRnet. The program works fine and I am decoding signals. I am uploading spots and to be absolutely sure of that, have done several manual uploads.

However, neither my own station, or any other station in my spot window ever appears on the WSPRnet map.

Can anyone tell me why that is?

I have seen my call in the activity page under 20m listings, but never on the map. Does one have to trigger a certain number of stations, or a particular station to get there?

The lack of feedback makes me wonder if there is a modulation problem. (Distortion, buzz, too little AF gain?)

Any feedback would be helpful.

Is it only for 30m?????

Thanks,
