Wrong Grid Locator

My grid locator is wrong. Both in the database and on the map. In my data, the locator indicated good, namely JO11ja. On the map I find myself somewhere in the North Sea. (JO11).
My beacon kit is a V3.06. locator setting: JO11JA. Callsign setting: ON4MDB.Anyone have a solution?
