today is the first of march (now 9h after 0:00) -- I tried to download the last month (gz and zip) from the download area of wsprnet.org. both files are only a few 10 byte long --

1) is this a temporary issue?
2) when exactly are these files made actual?

does anybody know a little more than "keep cool until mid of the following month"?
