QTH coding sporadically wrong?!

Hi,

for WSPR TX I am using a Ultimate 3 from QRP-Labs. Once in a while I can see in the database that the reported QTH is wrong.

My observation is that during one timeslot every receiving station gets my locator wrong and the next time slot everything is fine:

2016-11-01 11:02 DL8CQ 10.140164 -27 0 JN57er 1 G4ZFQ IO90ir 909 296
2016-11-01 10:56 DL8CQ 10.140178 -25 -1 -> IN47 <- 1 G3JKF JO00bs 890 62
2016-11-01 10:56 DL8CQ 10.140210 -24 0 -> IN47 <- 1 G0AMO IO91ff 804 55
2016-11-01 10:56 DL8CQ 10.140177 -25 0 -> IN47 <- 1 G0LRD JO02ac 946 53
2016-11-01 10:50 DL8CQ 10.140174 -19 0 JN57er 1 OZ7IT JO65df 844 8

This happens very sporadically, like 2 times in 24 hours.

Therefore I think that something is going wrong on my side. To understand and investigate I would like to know the difference in the digital signal (the symbols) between locator JN57ER and IN47.
WSJT-X offers symbol generators for JT modes, but not for WSPR. Is there a tool available that generates the digital output and saves it to a file?

Anybody else here with the same issue? Any ideas?
