How can I be the only one to rx a station on 40mtrs?

I noticed overnight that I had spotted:
Timestamp Call MHz SNR Drift Grid Pwr Reporter RGrid km az
2016-12-06 04:06 M74IUS 7.040131 -20 0 MQ77 2 WB5HUP EM50pm 7955 345

I searched the database and only see one entry for M74IUS. Somewhere in the Artic. I find it very hard to believe I am the only station to ever spot that station. So my question: Is M74ius a *real* station? Doesnt seem like a valid amateur callsign. How can I be the only one to spot it if its a valid signal. Is it possible to decode a invalid signal?

Thanks from a wspr newbie.
