Eclipse Experiments

I plan to operate a WSPR station during the Great North American Eclipse (https://www.google.com/maps/d/u/2/viewer?mid=1vHDxzC1ILcXralfGJodlP_AcOk...) on August 21, 2017. My research indicates this could be a unique event during the rapid collapse of the D-layer allowing spectacular east-west greyline propagation as the path of totally travels across North America. No, I'm not going to be racking up QSO's as I'll be too busy watching the eclipse!

During this event I would plan to use the Canada 150: Special Event Prefixes for Canada's Sesquicentennial (http://wp.rac.ca/special-event-canada150/). I was recently issued VE7XH and would like to use CG7XH/W7 from Grid: DN43bs. As I get closer to the date I hope to share information on the bands to watch for.
