Is this typical with WSPR mode - only being heard by one or two stations?

I have noticed how in my spots that it is typically only just a few different stations reporting. For example, this morning on 40 meters, I am being spotted by mostly only one station KQ6ZR (see below). I am curious why it is just the one station mostly? Are there that few stations on WSPR at any given moment, or for whatever reason my signal just happens to make it to this ham's QTH and nowhere else? I am using a mag loop indoors in an apartment, 2 watts.
Thanks,
