curl uploads of ALL_WSPR.TXT fail

While there is an excellent autowspr feature built into the KiwiSDR, on very busy bands the Kiwi can miss a significant number of spots. So I have just about completed a bash script to automate uploads of WSPR captures from a KiwiSDR. I am formatting the output of 'wsprd' to create my ALL_MEPT.TXT file. However my curl uploads of that file fail:

curl -F allmept=/tmp/ALL_MEPT.TXT -F call=KPH2 -F grid=CM88mc http://wsprnet.org/meptspots.php

Processing Log Upload
Tried to find "" and failed!

The format of my /tmp/ALL_MEPT.TXT file:

180617 0100 1 -12 0.4 14.097099 KV4PD EM75 23 -3 1 1 1 1
180617 0100 1 11 0.5 14.097116 KD6RF EM22 37 -1 1 1 1 1
180617 0100 1 -5 0.6 14.097125 KD6RC CM88 37 0 1 1 1 1
180617 0100 1 -23 -0.1 14.097150 WB4CSD FM08 27 -2 1 1 1 1
180617 0102 1 2 2.2 14.097035 AG5IX EM13 23 0 1 1 1 1

Seems to match the format of the /Users/rob/Library/Application Support/WSJT-X/ALL_WSPR.TXT created by WSJT-x 1.9.1:

80613 1512 3 -11 2.07 14.0971081 KF5VMJ EM15 20 0 39 0 1 -104
180613 1512 2 -22 2.03 14.0971193 KB7NIE DM42 20 0 18 0 1 3
180613 1512 5 -3 1.69 14.0971310 W5NED DM65 33 1 1 0 1 706

I have searched in vain for a specification and am about to start searching the sources, but I'm sure there is a simple fix. Thanks
