Alternative 4m freq please.....

Hi there,

Is there an alternative freq for 4m as 70.091 is illegal in Belgium, our band goes from 70.1125 till 70.4125
As such we can not tx on 4m.
Is it possible to change the 4m freq so everybody can join?
