More WSPRs TXing than RXing ?

I have recently been thinking of getting a U3S kit from QRP Labs. On perusing the website I found that they had sold thousands of kits.
That got me thinking. If theoretically even less than half of them are used for WSPR, and some possibly used in conjunction with a receiver, that's an awful lot of TX only stations.
I now wonder if I should add to this imbalance... or am I over complicating things?
