Raspberry Pi on 20m

Last week I finally got around to upgrading my ham radio license from technician to general. I passed the technician exam 18 years ago when I was in middle school so passing my general exam was a goal of mine for a long time. Now that my upgrade is posted on the FCC website I thought I would celebrate so I got my Raspberry Pi setup and transmitting on 20 meters. So far with my silly wire antenna set up on my front porch, I've been heard by a guy across town and two people in Texas. That gives me a range of 14 miles or 1400 miles. Looking forward to doing more WSPR and FT8 work when I get around to buying some more advanced equipment.
