For those of us who relied on http://wsprnet.org/olddb to manually upload spots, may we assume that's a dead issue from this point forward? I've tried for months to get some response to the issue of the difference in the format of ALL_WSPR.TXT as seen by the manual upload page and the format
of the Upload Spots function.
