WSPR with a Proxy

Unfortunately I'm behind a proxy server for my internet access. I've used a curl script to upload spots successfully, but for some reason if the ALL_MEPT.TXT file contains only the - ... Transmitting "N6KK DM03 30" - line (i.e., no spots) the server doesn't appear to process the file. Anyway, my call doesn't show up on the map as actively transmitting.

The curl batch file looks like this:

:A
CLS
@ECHO OFF
"C:\Program Files\WSPR\curl.exe" -U user:password -x proxy.me.com:8080 -F allmept=@"C:\Program Files\WSPR\ALL_MEPT.TXT" -F call=N6KK -F grid=DM03tv http://wsprnet.org/meptspots.php
del "C:\Program Files\WSPR\ALL_MEPT.TXT"
ECHO %TIME%
ping -n 200 127.0.0.1 >nul
goto A

The response looks like this:

Processing log
0 out of 0 records added

Continue

Processing took 24 millisecond
s
12:45:08.80

The ALL_MEPT.TXT file looks like this (before it gets deleted):

090722 1954 50.294550 Transmitting "N6KK DM03 37"

Is there some change I need to make in the curl.bat file, or is this just the way it is?

Thanks
