Spurious data in database.

I can't understand how these database errors cropped up. The record shows changing errors in the location of a receiving station over a period of minutes and other erroneous locations over the course of a few minutes.

I'm hoping the data will retain its formatting so you can read it easily, but in case not, OH2BT is recorded in two locations over 28 minutes and 2 other stations are out of position by a long way.

I've seen errors regarding the location of the transmitting station before and can see why a garbled decode would result in those errors, but this is a matter of the location of the receiving station and that isn't transmitted over the air, but written in the WSPR database.

Thanks for any ideas you can share here.
